Sense of achievement !!

Sense of achievement is the phrase that came to my mind while queuing up for the final GTO and psychological task at SSB center, Banglore in March. However, that was after few people acquainted during the first test.

Today, with broader term and with larger meaning I can relate this phrase of mine with what is happening with me and few of my closest friends. One got the job according to his nature, characteristics of laziness, and lethargic traits. The other who had been busy handling portfolios of his daddy, brother, friend, and mine got a job  as in the analyst in the financial firm which keeps his possession for 12 hours in a day and takes on holiday and weekend parties with company personals. How wonderful is that!!! He works, he eats, and he enjoys and relaxes carrying tag of his company everywhere.

One of the mates is in Pune who wants to dedicate his life to Indian Army and he is now with technical specifications as both prefix and suffix with typical engineering mind. One is at Cyber city, who is a multi-talented person with sheer perseverance in artistic field- the one who gave me tag of wikipedia.

Today, my cousin while receiving motivation and consoling lectures from me said "life to chalti rehti hai, tujhse hi to seekha hai". Now, this is what I think is the compliment that you get from your loved ones. At work and academic institutes, if you get recognition as an exceptional creature with determination at par, you feel great, happy, and top of the world. At that time, you forget social convention like modesty but you become more active socially in a circle to present your skills and competencies at each level.

Nevertheless, I m going through a phase with mixed feelings, where in I'm losing few tasks and jobs but getting the prospect of another with better perks. Same while, I m losing few contacts to celebrate and hangout but more acquaintances to move ahead towards the goal. I'm happy and content with what I possess but at the same time I fear the raging culture of immense competition in the real world.

There is sense of achievement in whatever I do and all appreciation I've been receiving (criticism in few cases as well) but there is lot more to interpret and implement, design and deploy, and execute and earn.
